What does science say?
If the term “energy healing” doesn’t resonate, think of it as rebooting your body’s energy. Scientists once doubted the existence of an energy field around us, but now they’re sure it’s real and crucial for our health. We can even measure it! An electrocardiogram (EKG) around the heart or an electroencephalogram (EEG) around the brain reads these energy fields. In essence, our bodies are electrical, constantly generating energy that forms this field.
The link between our thoughts, emotions, and energy is profound. Positive thoughts elevate our energetic vibrations to higher frequencies, fostering feelings of joy and well-being, while negative thoughts lower our vibrations, leading to stress and discomfort at lower frequencies.
